Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens with the details you leave in the “Want me in your city?” form on demurdj.com. Short version: I use them only to tell you when I play in your city, I never sell them, and you can leave any time.
Who is responsible
Polina Demurina, performing as De.mur, based in Belgrade, Serbia. Contact for anything about your data: [email protected].
What I collect
- Your name and email
- Your country and city
- Optionally, where you found me (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Which link brought you to the site, if it was a campaign link (for example from my Instagram bio)
- Your choices in the two checkboxes and the date you signed up
Why
- To email you an invite and ticket link when a De.mur show is announced in your city or country.
- If you ticked the second box: to also tell you about other events and parties by De.mur & OCHI.
- To see, in total numbers, which cities want a show the most. I may share these totals with promoters and venues (for example “120 people in Berlin asked for a De.mur show”). Your name and email are never shared with promoters or anyone else.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is stored
Sign-ups are stored in a secured database run by Supabase on servers in the European Union. Invite emails are sent through an email delivery provider. Only I can access the list. The website is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data (like your IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
How long
As long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your data, it is removed within 30 days.
Your rights
- Get a copy of the data I hold about you
- Correct it or have it deleted
- Unsubscribe from all emails: use the “Unsubscribe” link in any email, or write to [email protected]
- Complain to a data protection authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the EU, the authority in your country
Cookies
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run analytics on you. Your browser may keep the form details you entered so the page works as expected; nothing is shared from there.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
